Dunedin Courthouse Dunedin's heritage-listed courthouse is undergoing a $20 million renovation to earthquake-strengthen and modernise the building. Along with seismic strengthening work and extensive restoration, the project will include major upgrades to the court's technology and security capabilities. Work on the building will continue until December 2017, with the hope of returning services to the courthouse by early 2018. Otago University Concrete repair work to the Adams Building at the University of Otago is underway. Work is expected to be completed by the end of 2017. Cadbury Dairy Refurb Earthquake strengthening and restoration of the iconic Cadbury Dairy Building on Castle Street – including the return of heritage features removed from the facade of the building during work in the 1950's – is well underway. For more than a decade the neglected building has been used only for storage. Re-development will return the dairy to its 1930's heyday and deliver another boost to Dunedin's architectural heritage. The re-developed dairy will house the new and improved Cadbury World tourist attraction. United Scaffolding is proud to be involved in landmark projects which preserve the history and cultural heritage of New Zealand communities, and make our public spaces & amenities safer and more environmentally friendly. * Image of Dunedin Courthouse (top right): By Benchill (Own work) [CC BY-SA 3.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0) or GFDL (http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/fdl.html)], via Wikimedia Commons
