206 Victoria Street, Auckland
This project involved the construction of a commercial precinct on top of an existing car park, which was also upgraded.
Waco supplied the solution to support all floors built above the car park. This involved back propping three floors below the new build and transferring the loads across the floor. Waco then proceeded to support the remaining six floors built on top of the existing car park. Exterior access was required to enable the client to access the perimeter beams. This access was built from needles attached to the floor on Level 3 and taken to the top of the structure, as it was not possible to come from the ground at that stage. Once the falsework support was complete, this access scaffold was dismantled and a fresh scaffold was built from the ground to encompass the structure.
Partnering with Manson TCLM Ltd, Waco Kwikform was proud to be the preferred provider of height access and propping services for this project.
